A mind on high alert
Your body keeps bracing for the next demand, even when you’re trying to rest. It can feel impossible to switch off.
Understanding the challenge
Stress is a natural response, but when it becomes constant, it starts to shape how you sleep, think and feel.
Your body keeps bracing for the next demand, even when you’re trying to rest. It can feel impossible to switch off.
One worry leads to another, and another. Thinking it through rarely brings the calm you’re looking for.
Work, family, money, health. When everything feels urgent, it’s hard to know where to start.
How hypnotherapy can help
In hypnosis you experience a deeply relaxed state, often for the first time in a long while. It reminds your body what calm feels like.
We gently work with the situations that set off your stress, so you can meet them feeling steadier and clearer.
You learn simple self-hypnosis and relaxation techniques you can use anywhere — before a meeting, in traffic or at bedtime.
When it feels supportive, I may also weave in Reiki, a gentle energy practice that many people find deeply relaxing, to help you settle into a calm, receptive state.
I work with everyday stress and worry. If your anxiety is severe, constant, or comes with panic attacks that make daily life hard, please talk to your doctor or a registered mental health professional. Hypnotherapy can complement their care, but it isn’t a replacement. If you’re in crisis, call or text 9-8-8 at any time.
What to expect
We talk about what’s weighing on you, when stress shows up and what calm would look like for you. Then I guide you into a deeply relaxing hypnosis session.
Some people find one or two sessions bring real relief; others like regular sessions during a demanding season of life. We decide together.
You’ll leave with short, simple techniques to bring yourself back to calm whenever you need them.
Pay after, not before
Applying and our 15-minute call are free. After each session, you pay whatever feels right for the value it has brought to your life — right away, or within a week or so.
